The platform serves as a point of contact for the out-of-court resolution of disputes concerning contractual obligations arising from online purchase contracts. We are willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board to resolve disputes with consumers. The responsible consumer arbitration board is: Universalschlichtungsstelle des Bundes Zentrum für Schlichtung e.V., Straßburger Straße 8, 77694 Kehl am Rhein, www.verbraucher-schlichter.de. We will participate in a dispute resolution procedure before this body to resolve the aforementioned disputes.
